Grant Criteria and Application Procedure

Note:  The 2010 grant cycle is now closed.  The 2011 criteria and forms will be available in late 2010.

• Read through the full Grant Criteria to make sure your organization qualifies.
• Print and fill out the Application Form.
  
• Prepare and attach your proposal and the attachments requested (Instructions are included in the application form.)  Also see Program Budget Template and Tips for Writing Grant Proposals. 
• Send electronic and hard copies as specified on the application form.
