Delays and cancellations will be posted on our website at givingtogether.org. Look for the ORANGE statement at the top of the website for the current status of the event.
IF an event has to be cancelled for which there is a registration roster, an email will be sent to EVERY registered participant in addition to the notice on the website. Please check your email as well as givingtogether.org for additional details.
Delays or cancellations for Steering Committee Meetings will be based on the Anne Arundel County weather closings/delays. If Anne Arundel County Buildings are open and employees have been told to report for work, AAWGT will hold its Steering committee Meeting as scheduled. If the buildings are not open or there is a delay, the Steering Committee Meeting will be cancelled.
An email will be sent to all Steering Committee members to inform them of the decision. Please check your email BEFORE coming to the meeting.
